自己紹介
医療機関において身体疾患・精神疾患を有する方の就労支援や職場復帰支援に従事してきました。
高次脳機能障害、心臓病、慢性疼痛、メンタルヘルス不調など、治療と仕事の両立が課題となるケースを専門としています。
医療と職場をつなぐ支援・調整を通じて、実行可能で継続性のある両立支援を提案します。
